VBS SNACKS
VBS kicks off Monday, July 14th, and we could use your help keeping our amazing volunteers fueled and fed!
We’re looking for snack and dessert donations—cookies, brownies, chips, pretzels, and similar items are perfect. If you’re able to contribute, please drop them off at the church and place them on the donation table in the kitchen.  Thank you for supporting our VBS team!

SOUTH MOUNTAIN FAIR
The South Mountain Fair will be Tuesday, July 22nd - Saturday, July 26th. FBC has a booth there and we need volunteers. A sign up sheet is at the welcome center.

AN EVENING WITH LEXIE TATE 
On Tuesday, July 8th, the Rohrer’s will be hosng an evening with Lexie Tate. Come at 6:30pm to meet Lexie, ask her quesons, and to hear what God is doing in Chad. Please bring your own lawn chair and a  dessert to share (186 Shriver’s Corner Rd in Geysburg).

NEW YOUNG ADULT CLASS 
Starting July 6th @ 9:00 am, Tom and Melisa Mohler will be teaching a series called ‘The Fruit of the Spirit’ by Alistair Begg. He teaches that the Fruit of the Spirit is the character of God reflected in the lives of those united with Christ and not produced by outward change of habit or a system of self improvement but is cultivated as God works to conform us to the image of His Son.  All welcome!

HELP WITH MOVING
The Neikirk’s are relocating to Florida and will need help at their current house on Saturday, August 2nd @ 8:00am. The address is  731 Fairview Ave in Gettysburg. All help is appreciated.  

CEF SUMMER DAY CAMP  
Child Evangelism Fellowship will have a week-long day camp held at Idaville United Brethren Church. The camp will be July 7-11 from 10-2pm. Contact Pam Blankenship if interested @ 717-677-4797.

FATHER-DAUGHTER CAMP
Invest in a great weekend with your daughter (ages 6 and older) at this Father/Daughter event in Waynesburg, PA. Go to hps://www.fathersoncampeast.org/ to register. The Father/Daughter  weekend is July 31st - August 3rd. There will also be a Father/Son weekend on September 25th –28th (more info to come).
 
FIRST SERVICE NURSERY HELP NEEDED
There are opportunities to volunteer in first service nursery. Ideally, volunteers will serve on a rotating basis every six or seven weeks. For more information contact Jen Harris @ 717-253-3996.

MEN'S BREAKFAST
Encourages men from our church family to gather for a meal, engage in fellowship, and participate in a devotional time on the morning of Saturdays at 7:30 AM.  Meet at the church, Lewis Hall

FBC SOFTBALL
The softball season is here! Games will be every Wednesday starting May 21st and run through July 28th with a potential end-of-season tournament after. There is a sign up sheet at the welcome center.

HERMENEUTICS CLASS 
This 4-part series, led by Pastor Sean will begin on Wednesday, July 30th and run every Wednesday evening through August 20th   from 6:00-7:30pm in Lewis Hall. All are welcome!

SERVING
We are seeking volunteers to help provide snacks for our fellowship hour. This would involve setting out snacks, fruits, baked goods, or breakfast items for everyone to enjoy between services from 10:00 to 10:30 AM.

If you’re able to assist with this, please reach out to the office at 717-334-2564. We are looking to fill slots for the 1st and 4th Sundays of each month.

CHURCH BOOK LIBRARY
Check out our church library. We have many great authors such as Max Lucado, Charles Swindoll, C.S. Lewis, Billy Graham to name a few.

We have books about prayer, miracles, books to help with parenting, forgiveness, how to survive a difficult marriage, apologetics, learning to trust God and many more.

We also have many books for children. Lessons to be learned about God and Jesus and how much he loves them. Our library also has two shelves of reference books for those of you who want to study a particular topic or a book of the bible.
And don't forget videos…Check us out!

CHILDREN’S SUNDAY BIBLE FELLOWSHIP
CSBF have started a new curriculum from Answers in Genesis. Our students will learn more about who God is, how can we trust the bible is true, the Trinity and more! We will be dividing the students into two classes, Kindergarten to 2nd Grade and 3rd Grade to 5th Grade. We have two teachers already, but we need YOUR help for two volunteers each week.
