This group of widows and widowers meets on the last Sunday of each month to support each other and build friendships. The next meeting will be Sunday, May 31st following the second service.
HOUSE OF PRAYER
On the 4th Sunday of each month, we gather to pray for our church, our community and our nation and to lift up the name of Jesus. All are welcome! The next meeting is Sunday, May 24th at 6:00pm.
LIFE LINE SCREENING COMING TO FBC
LIFE LINE SCREENING COMING TO FBC!
We will be hosting a Life Line Screening day on Wednesday, May 27th from 8:30am-5:30pm in Lewis Hall. They offer 4 simple, painless tests to check for atrial fibrillation, carotid artery disease, abdominal aortic aneurysm and peripheral artery disease. The cost is $129 per person. REVIVAL ON THE FARM
See your bulletin insert for the upcoming ‘Revival on the Farm’ outreach on June 7-10 at 7pm located at Thomason’s Old Thyme Herb Farm. This should be a worshipful time and we need volunteers for many tasks. There is a sign up sheet on the welcome center. Please sign up today.
AFTERNOON IN NATURE
Everyone is welcome to join for a day of enjoying and learning about nature. Come out to Strawberry Hill (1537 Mt Hope Rd. Fairfield) on Sunday, June 14th from 1:00-4:00pm. There will be bird watching nature journaling, hiking and more. Contact Ruth Blinn, Heather Kelleher, or Stephanie Gigous if you’re interested.
KID’S FOR CHRIST MUSICAL
Our KFC musical this year will be ‘The Fab 4 Kids Show.’ We need kids ages 4-13 to fill all the parts. The show will be on Sunday, August 16th at 10:00am. This will be ONE SERVICE with a picnic/corn roast following. Practice starts next Sunday, May 31st @ 9:00am in Lewis Hall. All are welcome. Please see Lori Miley, Sharla Reiter or Adrienne

VBS VOLUNTEER MEETING
There will be a brief VBS volunteer meeting after the second service on Sunday, June 28th. All volunteers are encouraged to attend.
HANDBELL PLAYERS NEEDED
If you have the desire to be a handbell player, now’s your opportunity. The ability to read music is not required but helpful. Please contact Luther Guise at 940-452-5304 or at K5nob@yahoo.com”

Encourages men from our church family to gather for a meal, engage in fellowship, and participate in a devotional time on the morning of Saturdays at 7:30 AM. Meet at the church, Lewis Hall

Check out our church library. We have many great authors such as Max Lucado, Charles Swindoll, C.S. Lewis, Billy Graham to name a few.
We have books about prayer, miracles, books to help with parenting, forgiveness, how to survive a difficult marriage, apologetics, learning to trust God and many more.
We also have many books for children. Lessons to be learned about God and Jesus and how much he loves them. Our library also has two shelves of reference books for those of you who want to study a particular topic or a book of the bible.
And don't forget videos…Check us out!
